It already had some tasteful upgrades to include granite CT, marble flooring, and painted cabinets, we added a touch of Agreeable Gray paint and now its rented with a 2 year lease.

In addition, new cabinets really are relatively cheap if you go to a local cabinet shop.

If your doing kitchen and baths you can get ball park estimates but they will want to see exactly how many cabinets and such.

That goes to the "back of the cabinet"  Then, keep a folder of receipts/bills separate for each property.
