Now, I'm unsure if I should use a local or 1-800 number with these mobile advertisement vans....I feel like it should feel a little more professional than a typical bandit sign approach. 

I love the podcast but since I updated the app on my iPhone 5 I can't seem to find them on the BiggerPocket app. Have they been removed. Great information! I really appreciate what you guys are doing.

I believe the origin of this rule was stemmed from mobile home investing.

HI allI am having issues opening my INBOX and from mobile site.When I click my profile pic on top right, and select INBOX, FRIEND REQUESTit goes start to my profile... and I don't know what to do from there.I have been waiting to get to my desktop to answer inbox.I haven't explored the site on the mobile in depth.

Again, this is how the lenders think of these - there might not be much logic involved, just rules and policies established over time (likely from having been burned too often in the past).
