We must live just on the edge of a Verizon cell because any time I originated a call at my house, it would get dropped by the time I reached the bottom of the hill (kind of like you with your microcell).Unfortunately, I have a little less than 2 years left to my AT&T contract.

And run absolutely everything possible expense wise through your LLC as well ... we pay car, cell phone, internet, etc ... all of those things also benefit from having a business to run expenses through first and then pay taxes on the difference.

Best answer I've heard when you don't file a reporting return from a multimember LLC, where business expenses would be handled in the LLC (non-entity without S type declaration) filing a reporting return 1065 would (I'm believing) handle business wide expenses that are general across all properties like marketing, laptops, cell service etc.

Someone recommended a cell phone app called hammer point or real eflow, but its slow and some of the terminology is unfarmiliar and it isnt very specific.
