The bathrooms in this place were done in thick-bed mosaic tile in 1945 and are cracked in places today.  

It's built in 2010 & has 4 bed 3 bath 2662 sqft.

We threw out much of our stuff, furniture, beds, anything porous.

I have a great way of bringing up comparables, but when I do, I often see that the other houses with the same bed and bath don't have the same square footage.
