This site was referenced in an audio interview I was listening to with a successful rehabber (20 properties in 2012) - so here I am!

I've started waking up early in the morning to read, as well as listening to podcasts and audio books while in the car and at the gym.

Being in CA it easy to drive a lot, so audio learning makes up the majority of my education.

I have already pinpointed a 2 Unit  property in that would present and option to convert a small room in the back of the house to a studio also.

So my question is (as a newbie) can anyone recommend a great audio book.My strategy for now is flipping single family homes.

It's a hell of a dense read and will take you from soup to nuts and has enough chapters that you can easily get to the nugget you want to read without spending too much time searching.Is that book available on audio version?
