HI @Zachary Sakena putting property into LLC in my opinion depends on that strategy you are looking to implement for next property and if you want to leverage property moving out of into LLC.

This property is land only and is zoned commercial.

I'm considering converting the shed into a DADU to maximize the use of the space and earn some extra income. 

Is this a bank-owned property on the MLS or is this from a wholesaler?

At this point, I definitely would find some solace in that. 

One of the ones we did, the cabin had an upside down garbage can dug into the yard for a septic system.
