I understand that it's uncomfortable to fill in this information (especially as the rental application includes one's social security and driver's license numbers as well), but would still prefer completed application that has also this financial information.

You know those Prius drivers who carpool and collect trash on the weekends as a hobby.I'm no different, I mean if I get a fix n flip I'd like to make it better to live in but also shrink its carbon foot print, but I don't know what kind of negativitey, if any comes from focusing a fixer upper into a GREEN house.

You ask all your questions and if they sound like a good fit over the phone, you have them take a picture of their driver's license, text it to you, then you give them the address and combo to the house where they can show it to themselves and grab an application off the kitchen counter.

The ordinance says that if E&L suspects a host is in violation of the PR requirement, the host will have to provide two of a long list of documents -- driver's license, voter registration card, utility bills etc. -- that show the listing's address is the primary home.
