This is an insanely low price.

However, there are ways around this:1.

I can have them just setup an ACH for the monthly payments, etc...but I feel like this would be easier with some automation, and there just must be something that's already setup for this.

@Brandon Brown I have done this many times on buildings where it is required by code in Berwyn and surrounding suburbs.

At this point, we are three years in, and have learned that you sometimes have to have thick skin (grit) in dealing with tenants, managers, and RV site visitors; while maintaining a sense of humor and humility.

If you do take on new debt or collections during this time, the lender will see and it will require that it be accounted for in your DTI (unless this is a DSCR loan). 

This is really helpful - I'm taking over management of my LTRs from our current PM so I happened to be looking into this very thing.

However, part or all of the money to buy this property will be coming from someone else's account.

I'm still a big fan of this strategy and use it today. 

@Devin James What I am hearing from a lot of buyers is they’re tired of the grey/white combo and personally I can’t stand it as well but I love what you did with the floors, this is a very clean look and I actually like what you did here.
