Ok, so I have someone doing a short sale of sorts in floridaThe first mtg is with a co out of CA that bought the NPL from Fannie a few years agoThe 2nd is with Mr Cooper, and is a Fannie 2nd (didnt know fannie even did 2nds?)

I’m not out to waste anyone’s time, and I realize that’s probably about right for an hour of an attorney’s time in my area, but I’m just looking for a bit more info on the attorney’s background to see if it’s a good fit.

You aren't supposed to cut directly on it and I don't know if people refrain. 

And I can understand that with 5 kids some of that first WC payment did need to go to food. 

Last time this happened I was going out of town and it made my lock not functional and I had guests and I had to cancel all of my plans.

I recently ignored the red flags on a tenant and even went over to their house to get a “feel” and found there house be cleaned and I felt it would be alright to allow them to move to my rental.

Got a buddy out there that is a solid realtor, and I could connect you to get a better gauge if you need it.

Sometimes stuff just comes in bunches and is the luck of the draw..... but this sounds like a crappy PM that didnt inspect and fix properly before move in.
