I am thinking about switching from Avail to TenantCloud for my one property in Indiana, and I 'd like to know what others think of it. 

I am considering Bold Deals.

I didn't phase that correctly and should have put an emphasis on "Traditional Sale".I am willing to sell but want to do it "creatively" - if you will - to generate funds and positive cash flow from the note I would hold against the property.

I am enrolled in Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program and need to pay 10% of my taxable income towards my student loans.

The above linked post talks about Breckenridge, Colorado and Keystone as great options for a first-time short-term rental investor because they're "STR friendly."

I am agnostic on geography other than looking to stay East of the Mississippi and out high tax/high regulation states.
