Honestly, I only use the MLS to pull comps and properties that were sold cash to locate additional cash buyers.LOL, Chris, you do realize what you write on the internet never goes away, it can be there years from now for the whole world to see, even you. :)This stuff comes from the National Association of Realtors, it's going to be up to your local board of Realtors under their franchise agreement who can have access.

I am sitting here thinking, i have unlimited amount of people i can hire at literally below $200 a month, there has to be a way for me use these resources and get into real estate.So, i am asking you guys to suggests things i can do to get into real estate using this huge pool of talent i have at my disposable for next to nothing.

In general this can be understood when looking at the instruments that require the buyer/borrower to take full liability of the property but not enjoy the benefits of being the owner, so no tax write offs.
