There's BIG money to be made on the real estate sales side you just have to develop the habits of Top Agents (lead generation, lead follow-up, communication, presenting, negotiating, closing.. just to name a few.)

A couple questions I did have: Are you okay with living in a construction zone (potentially no plumbing, electric, not even really habitable) for 3 months and then looking for another place to live?

I often lapse into this habit since I write and peruse so many legal documents with all caps.
