I am located in San Diego. I am looking to buy a rental In Texas. This will be my first deal. I wanted to get in touch with a lender, real estate agent, and/or property management company. Any help would be great and I would love to do what I can to help others in someway.

I’m in San Diego with many buildings in Houston.  I own my own company managing my stuff so I don’t have a Toni of suggestions but @Kevin Wood is active here  m

For banks I’d suggest local banks for speed and easy  green bank  first Texan bank  origin bank.  most are hungry

In terms of brokers/agents: best to look at HAR/loopnet to see who has stuff that fits what you’re looking for. Reach out. Make an intro. Show you’re legit. They’ll start sending you deals.

This is all for Houston.
