No daily interest charges from what I remember, transfer tax varies, initial escrow ( which seems very very low) depends on taxes and insurance for the year and since it's going towards the expenses I don't personally consider this a closing cost.

If the property is vacant, propane heaters are used to get the inside up to 185 degrees, kills bugs dead.

I think it's like any field that the experience teaches you more than the degree does.I'd look at lease options in your area, but HEB is pretty hot, so I might drive for dollars and look for houses in need of repair and look to wholesale them.

Some, even luxury, which would cost you $400+ per night.So, for an average, annual maintenance fee of $500+, it makes some degree of sense, but if you go into this with the thought of it being a viable investment, don't!
