Anybody have experience with nomadlease for property management?

Subtract all costs (mortgage, property taxes, insurance, maintenance, property management fees, and HOA fees) from rental income to determine the estimated monthly cash flow.

I hear that some people had trouble with Hospitable and VRBO.We haven't tried Hostfully yet because there was no free trial. 

Currently I like the idea of having long term rentals for my future, but I really enjoy managing my place and think that I would enjoy doing property management as I would get to help others make money and help find a home for future residents.

I have managed hundreds of homes and replaced hundreds of water heaters.

The property has had por management for quite a while now.

Seek did however manage to aquire one $14,000 personal credit card.

It is a single family house and I am looking for a property manager. 

We’ve done it with another property we own in CA where we managed it ourselves and eventually it cash flowed.

Granted, they are managing tenants in a popular fix and flip area where folks just get a lease signed above market to appear great, sell the property then realize the tenant is terrible and are stuck.
