Remember - A Realtor has spent money going to school, studying different aspects of real estate including law (which a lot of landlords do not know), we are required by law to continue educating ourselves.

I discovered two issues that I am currently trying to get changed that really amplify that perception.

Curious to hear stories on how much sellers were willing to move after the buyers discovered more serious issues.  

I am currently unemployed, as I am studying for various standardized tests for grad school, but if I wanted to further pursue growing my real estate holdings what sort of options might some of you use?  

I'd need to really study up on exactly what this approach might entail. 

I graduated from college with a BA in Liberal studies and a minor in Communication.

Chicago is basically the perfect mix for this type of study because it's highly desirable areas, densely populated and reasonably affordable (although definitely not cheap).For instance, I would expect New York to be #1 in millennial renters, but prices are just too high for millenials to buy. 

I would like to know what impactful advice/lessons you have discovered that still guides you to this day in Real Estate and in life?
