Paint job, roofing, isolation, windows etc.

I've driven by and looked through windows, it's hard to really tell the condition entirely but the few rooms I saw looked fine-even lovely.

It is need of basic rehab such as: debris removal, cleaning, sheetrock repair, flooring, new entry doors, a couple of windows, some appliances, etc.

But not at this time, and my voucher time window is rapidly closing.

Ill throw that idea out the window.

In a house that old, windows, doors and trim will likely have been painted with lead based paint sometime in their past.

Windows -- the building has poor quality aluminum windows.

I also like to put the furnace etc in one corner to avoid basement floor plan constrictions.We also insist on buying our mechanicals, finishes, windows, doors, as well as trim (from our Amish friends).

While staring out the window at that property it finally hit me how to make a nice profit.
