It all depends on the situation, we do workouts based on tenant ability to pay, the delay of court proceedings if LL filed suit.

The first letter should communicate at a general level an understanding of the impact of COVID on the economy, jobs & the potential ability of the tenant to pay.

If it is a prior company 401(k) plan, then you would have the ability to roll that over into a self-directed plan.With a self-directed IRA, you can invest much as you are able to with the self-directed DB plan you participate in.
