* A bonus play would be purchasing a small commercial property with at least a 25 space lot in the aforementioned areas; the idea is to convert the lot into paid parking to force appreciation.

I am 23 years old with a world of experience in the door-to-door space.

To my knowledge:Expected to be provided by landlord:- Stove/oven- Refrigerator- Dishwasher (if designated space is in rental for it)Not expected to be provided by landlord:- Washer- Dryer- MicrowaveLet me know BP!

You can't expense all your utilities, when you enjoy personal use of the space.

There is an extreme shortage of labor as well which means that companies will be fighting for available manpower (slim pickings) or recruiting elsewhere creating even more demand for housing/space.
