I've had such good fruit from my local bank partnerships that I'm a sucker for them.

(I got trigger happy but so glad I had them walk thru and give me the feedback I missed .  

You'll know when you feel comfortable enough to pull the trigger it may be sooner than you think.

Be prepared to show your pre-approval so they know you're serious and that you are ready to pull the trigger if the opportunity is presented.
