& ALWAYS have a detailed exit in the Operating Agreement if it falls apart...this has saved me a lot of $$$ in the past & makes for a clean mutually exclusive break negating any form of litigation or dispute.

@Edwin Valdovinos I’m a little nervous for the partnership if you are already talking in terms of who has the leverage instead of mutual benefit, but anyway....I get the desire to go 50/50 but it feels one sided in his favor.

@Brynn RaberI am not sure that Fidelity offers self directed 401k that let you invest in anything else than the stocks and mutual funds available through their platform.If you have your own side business I would look at creating a self directed solo 401k where you would be the trustee.
