The process stinks if you have other ways of getting them out, but sometimes other ways to negotiate with the tenant to leave only happen with the pressure of the looming eviction case going on.

Once that is received, I'm hoping to negotiate some better terms, because at the moment the property is a handful and at the current agreed price, it's a win for the seller and a lose for me.The seller is claiming to have a back up offer as well, I'm not sure if that's a tactic to try to put pressure on us or not, because the property has been on the market for FIVE (5) months and still not sold.
