If a person who has residency there has invited/allowed someone else to stay there, it is not a trespass and that person can establish residency, even if it violates the lease of the legitimate resident.There is no specific definition of how residency is established.

As a podcaster, from my experience, I typically only invite guests who I feel have something to contribute to my audience.  

I guess I'm going to be punching that bag as well, I got invited for a workout! 

There is something about a class atmosphere with an experienced instructor.

I should have known when I tried to send email invites to my tenants and I needed to create a text file.

There is also group and individual coaching on various topics.Main thing, KW has a family atmosphere.

I promptly give him the lone survivor speech - he's there to do a job, and if he fails or invites friends, everybody dies.

Even if they do vent the attic, as they should, I can not imagine a scenario where the asbestos portion will enter the house atmosphere in a significant way.
