Does that mean you bought it freshly constructed or you had it built from scratch?

Type “Fayetteville” into BP search and read all about it. i appreciate you using your energy negatively rather than ignoring or contributing. my post was asking for first time experiences not just in fayetteville, and asking if anyone would like to connect. if you have an issue with me wanting fresh replies rather than searching years of responses then you couldve kept it moving bud. have a nice day and happy thanksgiving. 

Are you in a climate that allows one to open a window and cool the interior or get fresh air, or would opening the window allow too much wind or humidity?

Specifically regarding Shampoo/Conditioner - do you refill each visit so the bottles are always full, or replace with a fresh each time (seems expensive)Are you going to a grocery store to buy salt, spices etc?

Lipstick fix (fresh paint, carpet cleaning and minor landscaping) $5 per sqft Minor gut (replace carpet, repair a window, replace a door, fresh paint, install new appliances, repair a section of fencing) $10 per sqftMajor gut (remodel kitchen, bath, major cap ex IE roof, furance, ac repair/replace, fresh paint, new carpet) $20-$30 per sqft.Again if you are not going to do the job yourself, I would suggest to at least be the general contractor yourself.

Clean landscapingA fresh clean look with good smells gets units rented fast.  

This is a duplex property, located in Kingsport TN. unit A is a 2 bed, 2 bath, freshly painted new flooring, it comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, over head microwave.

They will either find nothing, as the realtors are both saying, or they will find reason to investigate further or some obvious damage from water leaking in an unoccupied house.My question is, what's the best way to handle this?
