Greetings BP

Seeking advice on future planning towards turning my current House 3 BR/ 2.5 BA into rental property in Las Vegas Southwest area. What advice do you have to improve or add to attract renters? Can anyone recommend a great property manager? Thanks!

@Frederick Peregrino Here's a list of some things you can do that will get you the most bang for your buck in the Vegas market:

1.  New paint

2.  Matching appliances

3.  New flooring.  If you can, try to do solid surface in the high traffic areas.

4.  Updated fixtures

5.  Clean landscaping

A fresh clean look with good smells gets units rented fast.  After that, pricing is everything.  Feel free to DM me to chat about the process and property management.
