Replacing the tub entirely is usually a costly proposition and I would do it only if the tub was not functional.I am happy you had decent results, but I wasn't impressed with the DIY kit and made several attempts using different application techniques before giving up. 

I know in Cincinnati a lot of the brokers have a very favorable impression of them and they have a very good reputation. 

Overall, I was not super impressed with the value-add that my realtor or inspector brought me, part of that was not knowing how to make the most of them.

Upon a quick Google search (without knowing the make/model you may have looked at) the reviews are not impressive for Navien systems (Amazon and Furnace Compare).

Many times we have "wholesaled" contracts with a $0 fee, simply because we felt really bad hearing about how bad their situation was.Having a memorable, "impressive" website,  (NASA) surely gets you noticed, but we make deals because we truly are funny, pleasant, absolutely real and transparent.

This asset class allows us to return impressive yields.
