You have a good problem to solve.I'm not sure why people would be saying that Bellingham wouldn't see a dip in the market if the rest of us experienced one. 

I think you should try to use a experienced and trustworthy Agent from a local area where the subject property is and take his or hers knowledge of the area you have your subject property.
