Currently it runs from Miami up the Atlantic coast then into Orlando (stops at the international airport).Lastly, Polk County (located just south of Disney on the I4 pipeline), was and still is one of the fastest growing counties in not only the state but also in the COUNTRY!!!

Charlotte continues to grow and adapt.

There are pros and cons to all investing though, so i'd choose what ever gets you closer to your end goals.

I am hoping to grow my portfolio in the next few years so my retirement from the Navy can lead to my full time REI adventures. 

Yes, this whole situation is alarming and I suspect it will get much worse before it ever gets better (if ever).
