That I'd be interviewing a lot of contractors that are more geared (price and communication style and expectation -wise) for personal homeowners?

Hello Fellos,My property manager do not communicate to me in time if tenants has put in notice to move out.

So my thoughts were to build a plot, build an energy efficient townhouse, each floor will be rented by a different family.  

The best move is to communicate to the tenant that you plan on re-occupying the unit, and you're giving them a 3-month notice.

Especially about being efficient in all facets of real estate and learning to identify deals from multiple sources! 

Firstly get your social profiles ready so that you can easily communicate with your clients.

However, I think the way you communicate it in a house hack situations in important because the relationship you have with your tenants is likely more friendly than strict business.
