May or may not be a CPA or EA, most likely they are seasonal, most likely you'll never talk to them again if you have an issue, you'll get someone else, most likely you will receive minimal to no advice on any kind of strategy, and definitely no follow up.If you are getting good service from a knowledgeable professional, $1,200 is likely a good deal.

The thing is that I am a Marketing major student as of now, but my big realization began last year when I realize that marketing is definitely not my passion, and that I wanted to dedicate myself to something I really loved and liked doing for as long as I worked, I saw real estate as a great option for me and I’ve been trying to learn about the market and about the business itself.
