Not sure what conversation needs to be had with a bank but with Kiewit being based in Omaha, and your intent to rent while in Phoenix, it sounds to me like your primary residence would be in Omaha where you own the property.

Anyone ever went through a conversion from Single Family to Multi Family in Broward, specifically, Hollywood, FL?

I could probably ask an insurance agent, but wanted to see if anyone knew. If i have a tenant that lives in my house and his car is parked in the driveway, and a tree limb from my property falls and breaks is windshie...

After those mailings we then reach out, and it is an easier conversation as you have already helped them and provided value to them, instead of just calling them to say sorry for their loss when they don't even know you.

Sometimes it happens so innocently in conversation.
