I started wondering if purchasing a property from one site vs the other , has more potential, for a buyer to get a property for " cheaper " ( below Market Value ) than one listed on another site?

i want to say it's "tiger foam", but not sure if i remember the name correctly or that's one that stuck in my mind because of the websites i visited...the problems with those is that it's two "propane tank like" containers and only spray about 600 sq. ft max. and it costs roughly about $1/sq. ft. i do not know if they still carry it, will have to check the next time i am there..cheaper than the alternative though, which is over $4/sq ft with contractors.

just for the record. if it seems that the media and Hollywood is overwhelmingly Liberal, it was planned that way. for the most part if you want a job in that industry you have to push the Liberal agenda and walk and talk it outwardly even if you disagree with it. the reason for this is because of the political agendas of those who own the big companies in the industry and the puppets they choose to hire. the good news is that most of these big and expensive companies are going out of business due to the internet. due to cheaper technology, entertainment and media is a free for all. if you want to start the next CNN or myspace or anything you can dream of...

However, if I decide to buy it, I plan to convert it to natural gas since there is already a gas line into the property (i.e. there's a gas stove in each unit) and natural gas is cheaper for the tenant.
