How can I become a court appointed receiver in the state of Illinois?

Here are some notes and a couple photos from my appointment with the seller.

Start with a hand written letter stating you would love to buy their house and to give you a call, short and simple and if/when they call, try to get an in-person appointment to take a look at the property and discuss how you can help their unique situation.

Some towns have exemptions if the land is used for farmland. 2) make an appointment with a town planner and ask about town conservation easements.

After that, I gathered all information and came up with questions where I then made an appointment to talk to someone in the zoning apartment in person. 

Just like I sent in a copy of a wholesalers add and you saw above the response in writing I got back and a scheduled appointment with the investigator to talk about it in detail.. 

I send a letter 1st, the next week I do a phone call through a dialer that leaves them a message stating Hi this is Bernie I'm still interesting in buying your probate. 3rd week postcard hits on Friday, and Saturday I'm making a personal phone call to try and make an appointment to see the property either that day or Sunday( after church).

I think I'll book an appointment with them to see if I can pull more information

I first became suspicious because the man that I was working with just had a baby and he said that he needed to take him to a doctor's appointment.
