A newbie with a question!

Hello All,

I am a Real Estate Investor (wholesaler) located in PG county Maryland. I have recently bought a contract from a licensed Real Estate Attorney, and am looking to get my first house assigned.

I’ve been using YouTube as my mentor learning as much as possible looking for new innovative ways to get started. Listsource seems to be the most recommended website to get started.

I found a home in Pg that has tall grass I used a site to figure out the mailing address, what should I do from here?... should I send them a letter asking if they’re interested in selling this property, according the the neighbors it’s been sitting for about 2yrs. Any tips? Thanks in advance!
