If it's a Bexar County case you can search on the county clerk's website for the case number and then go in person to the clerk's office to get a copy of the petition, the order appointing the ad litem and the order appointing the administrator.

I would immediately let the Section 8 office know that this is unfortunate but you are not able to accommodate that lack of cashflow but that you are very interested in having a different Section 8 tenant that does have a 2 bedroom voucher move in.
