I'm in middle of the my exchange but I am preparing to take the tax hit if necessary.

However, the transfer will violate the due on transfer clause and the lender can call the loan balance due immediately.As a result, we're kind of stuck in the middle.

This just gives them some breathing room and they don't just wait out the eviction or take off in the middle of the night to move back in with parents.

Ive been wholesaling for almost one month now and have completed 1 deal and now in the middle of my 2nd but i honestly feel like i just got lucky with those.

Market has definitely slowed a bit on the east side (Rockwall and Royse City), where I live. 

I'm in a middle-class suburb and was lucky to appraise at $643K and my house is 10 years old!
