I was ticked because they hadn't even put the EM down per the offer but yet they still had to sign off on the mutual release. 

I would imagine you can write your own web-based software for so many things in REI.  

They just take the message, and in this business that means you've lost the opportunity.You could also use a service like Agentology - any leads (DM, FB, Web, Zillow, Etc) are contacted by them within minutes.

I'm not sure how or why, or if this is specific to the note holder they represent(HSBC), but after the most minor legal tiff, where I was able to obtain a stay on the foreclosure sale, I called them and they informed me of this Short Pay program, which was previously not even a visible option on their web portal.
