Agreed on the value on being what it is worth to us versus a heavily traded item like a blue chip stock.

@Ryan Sullivan    Generally speaking....red states are more landlord friendly............blue states more tenant friendly.

He looks in the official records office and tells us out of the blue that even though there are 4 parcels there are only 2 lots?!?

I know here in Central Florida it is rising so quickly , one house I was looking at that still had blue tubs and sinks in the bathrooms didn't even have a oven just went under contract for 60k more than asking which puts it almost at the top of the market for a rehabbed property if that caliper.

The areas nearby like independence, blue springs, lee summit, liberty etc are very family friendly.

They like the warmth and food around a 6 mo. old stove, and chewed the wires and blue out the top elements.
