I would say in general equipping your rental with a refrigerator makes it simpler for renters, would likely result in quicker occupancy, overall lower carrying costs and increases your rental value.

A few tips and/or things to watch out for:- The general cost for buying out a book of contracts (not a whole business) is ~1 year management fees- Add to the above the cost for any systems/processes/staff/equipment etc...that come with it- One of the biggest challenges is how long clients are going to stay and what are the penalties due you (as the new contract holder) should they leave.

Hello, I am trying to find ways that I can purchase land for an RV campground and convince a lender that this is an excellent idea. there are so many ways to monetize it. for instance: Rv storage, personal belongings storage units, boondocking, full/partial hookups, laundry, showers, bathrooms, RV wash stations, monthly clubhouse fees with gym equipment swimming and party pavilion access, camp store. etc what are some platforms/avenues i can take to raise say idk 375k and maybe a little extra for start up cost?
