The only other competition that does weekly rate Kitchenettes like these around me are about 15 miles away and they are bigger hotel chains that are switching to the weekly rates because of the mass amount of transient traffic in the area due to the boom in the chemical plant business in the area.

I have looked into my area, thats why we want to use our townhome as a airbnb for collage and nurses, its a decent flow of traffic in this area but not a population spot like a vacation home. ive spent the past year studying and pulling comps as if I was ready to pull the trigger just haven't been able to financially do it yet, but we are getting closer to that day.
