You could put them into entertainment centers that have doors on them or design something that you can slide a large photo or something in front of the TV's while you are there if it is a distraction to you.

I tell them my wife makes me file if they’re more than a week late because we’ve lost tens of thousands in the past for letting it slide a few weeks, which turns into a few months before you know it.

I used to have airbnb renter that smokes weed and he used to smoke it inside, he just doesn't care, it is emotionally tiring for landlord to tell not to smoke instead -  the next day he brings his five friend smking outside and I got neighbor calling me LOL the subsequent drama is not worth it.

Avoid high tension power lines, main busy streets, flying lead, homeless people, pawn shop neighborhoods, train tracks, garbage dumps, factories, airport flight paths, sink holes, mud slides, beef rendering plants, streets with broken windows and broken street lights, drug dealers and girls that work the streets.Why do you ask?

Whether or not this is a net benefit as compared with unleveling the playing field for future generations and perpetual wealth transference to subsequent generations is debatable IMO.It seems that we have a system where death taxes are levied on people that don't know how to play the trust games and thus it is really an ignorance tax or a "don't pay the estate lawyers tax" instead of a death tax.
