Or do you lease to each individual student?

I teach students all the time how to do this and present to a lender.

The reality is if the broker/agent puts the exclusions in and the property is staged correctly and priced correctly the guarantee will not be used.There was a student of this system years ago that I remember was sued by a home owner.

Wondering if anyone on here owns student rental property for students at the University of MD at College Park.I own a number of other rentals, and student housing in another state, but this will be my first time owning one for students at this school.Anyone on here a landlord in this area?  

I live in a city with a large university (Lincoln, NE), and I've found that graduate students are excellent long-term tenants.

I currently work as a Secondary English Ed. teacher.

However, I do have an interest in real estate that's leaning toward unhealthy and I'm a ravenous student.

Since then it's been rented to students, and other groups (14 at a time) and I've had no problems.

@Sean Becker  this has already happened there was another thread asking about their student programwe just need to remember its not the guru doing the student program its a fulfillment company and most are based in Utah.. with rich dad in FLA.. its huge money business can't blame these folks. if it takes off they will make 5 to 10 million a year in the student business...

Like others my age during this time I have substantial debt from student loans and at this rate have little possibility of gaining any traditional forms of financing.
