I'm sure there are diffeerences in many other areas, too--I just don't knowwhat they are.The prices are pretty similar from what I've seen, and I spend the money for sediment coveraage cuz we have hard water.Some co's charge less per visit--Mine ie $50.00 now, some co's are $40.

Another thing I think would be just as successful would be to setup a relationship with a local furniture store where the buyers could go and spend $10-$15K on furnishings as part of the price of the house.
