Also I was wondering whether or not there was an estimation software anyone recommends?

I have the software developed to expand to other counties, so, I'm trying to gauge if there is an interest from other "investors/wholesalers" in other parts of the state.

What type of software do you use to manage property and expenses?

Anyone using the Renatus ios software system?

If I scale up larger I will probably move to some more organized software.

I was under the understanding that there's general ledger software (QuickBooks, fresh books) and there's property management software (Buildium, cozy).
