Something to keep in mind also is that you can always refinance your FHA loan to conventional after 6 months but if you can get a conventional in the first place then you can just skip that step and just do the conventional!

Again...It boggles my mind that people simply skip the good advise and cling to the ... questionable stuff everyone regurgitates.

My leads are much more targeted these days and don’t require a bunch of skip tracing to locate.

My advice would be to skip the wholesaling gig for now and just focus on getting yourself ready to buy your own property in a couple of years - preferably a house hack.I work with a bunch of young aspiring real estate investors just like you, and I am willing to help you out with some advice or even chat on the phone if you wish.

I wouldn't say it was a mistake, but I were to go back and redo my life all over again, I would skip MBA.
