Plus with a broker you can explore alot mor flexible terms which seems to be what you are going for if you want a longer fixed term.

But seemed like a decent deal and once done I would have a replaced roof. 

The arrangement seemed very complicated but the net effect was something with a payment structure that looks like a typical mortgage.  

It seems like you should pick an area that you're familiar with, or passionate about, or know something special about.

Thank God we are not living those times any more.It seems that you are a  young person, so naturally, you may be comparing the rates you were recently quoted to the rates of January 2021.

I agree, the term itself seems to have been the result of backroom jargon as any pool sold or collateralized will be based in part on the WAM, Weighted Average Maturity of the obligations.

All of their fortune 500 companies seem to have business models that will have trouble sustaining any real growth against new tech.
