I know it sounds like a pain - but it actually simplifies things in the long run - and we found that Lenders and local town PREFERS dealing with what looks like a LOCAL business.

If you're a house hacker in the City of Denver, you may be painfully aware of the city's current stance on unrelated adults in a household.

This was a painful process to work with the sellers during a contract period and required multiple contract extensions, but it was eventually completed.

But I know your pain as we focus and specialize in challenging neighborhoods.

@Isaac Gulley I’ve been in Lycoming and Clinton County for 8 years with a 600+unit portfolio abs vendor sourcing and management is in my top three pain points.

I think I'm having trouble separating the two.Generally if anyone has any thoughts that might help me to psychologically move on, I'd appreciate it. 

However, at some point the decision to exit, becomes more and more painfully evident to the point where you know it’s time to go even though you put your heart and your soul into that thing for over 20 years.
