The big players with snatch some small to medium size projects up as well. 

And although I know there are sites that cater to Glamping and AIR does support it, you are leaving out a huge player in VRBO.

@Jim K.Never had a drug issue to deal with personally but I think I would plan on getting the drug using/involved people out as quickly/smoothly as possible with eviction as the last resort.

Also talking to a lot of officials in the area we are seeing inventory shortages in the Market due to the population growth,  People are choosing long term rentals until prices stabilized and all the RV resorts are booked out for almost 2 years.
