That doesn't always show from the outside of the house.

It's just a 2 acre plot that separates them.I plan on going the BRRR strategy route because this house is nice, located in a great school district, and in a booming suburb outside of Little Rock, and I believe it could bring $1600 a month in rent.

You say partner and you don't have an excuse because he's a partner, he then can have legal liability for your actions, until he shows he's not a partner or you acted outside the scope of your "partnership" agreement.Deceit may make your markets efforts easier, so will plain lying, put more thought into your transactions and try the truth, it works every time. :) 

Would you be able to insure outside of Houston (Beaumont, Port Arthur, Orange area (mainly Beaumont)?

I'm originally from Illinois, and lived in Atlanta for 8yrs (traveling down to FL every weekend) and have traveled all over Fl for the past 15 yrs before finally settling just outside of Ft Lauderdale 7yrs ago.

I would also try perhaps wedding photographers if you are looking for groups of people and or family.Think outside the box...who caters to large groups of people that will be traveling to your area?
