Hi,In the last year I have started to learn and invest in notes.I have been investing a lot of time in listing to podcasts (mainly Scott Carson and some other knowledgeable guys) and reviewing and analyzing huge amount of tapes and opportunities (and picked and acquired few out of them).I have already acquired few notes of my own (I mainly looking for non performing 1st lien notes).I am connected with few sources which are sending me tapes regularly (brokers, hedge funds representatives, websites exchanges platforms and such).I am looking to expand my sources and to connect with more good, reliable and ones which has access to 1st hand quality notes sources.Appreciate your thoughts/guidelines on how can I find such.Thanks,Eran

Most deal sponsors (outside of crowdfunding platform) tend to have $50k min investment. 

But, if there are legit repairs that the fire did not touch, then I'd treat it the same way you treat the SD anytime a tenant moves out.
